1. Introduction

As elik (the “Company”), we attach great importance to processing and protecting the personal data we hold in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes, in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law:

  • Providing our services and carrying out our business activities.
  • Managing customer relationships and keeping customers informed.
  • Carrying out contractual processes and fulfilling our legal obligations.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers and authorized public authorities, to the extent permitted by applicable legislation and within the relevant legal framework.

Personal data is collected through the forms on our website, by email or by phone, entirely within the legal framework and on the legal basis of establishing service contracts.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to:

  • learn whether their data is being processed,
  • learn whether it is being used in line with the purpose of processing,
  • request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • request the deletion or destruction of their data.
